Congress Plus offers an unrivalled buffet dining experience for families and sophisticated gourmets.

Congress Plus features an extensive variety of international cuisines that are creatively designed using a selection of premium ingredients presented at “live cooking” stations by award winning chefs.

The restaurant seats about 300 persons with harbour view private rooms overlooking the lights of Victoria harbour from expansive windows. The contemporary cityscape decor utilises “green” materials, such as re-used wine bottle screens for decorations and bamboo flooring.

Express lunch and dinner buffet are available. Tailor made private dining is also welcome.

With 25 years of experience, Chef Chong Chun-wai is now leading a team of 20 chefs to wholeheartedly create a unique and ultimate dining experience to guests. Chef Chong pursues excellence in all details, from menu creation, plating design to food quality. His expertise lies in French cuisine, which requires a careful selection of premium ingredients, delicate crafting of food presentation and masterful culinary skills. Aside from the exceptional techniques, he also takes delights in thrilling the guests with a blend of passion and creative flair, as well as extensive interactions.

From 3 April 2024 onwards, Congress Plus presents Feast by the Sea Dinner Buffet*. Sink your teeth into a premium selection of chilled seafood items including freshly shucked oysters, Canadian Boston lobster and Brown Crab etc. while other Chef’s specialties like the Black Garlic Rubbed Slow Roasted Dry Aged Prime Beef, Salted Egg Crusted Roasted Lamb Rack and Teppanyaki Wagyu Beef Burger remain popular among customers.

The highlight of the Dinner Buffet is the decadent Chocolate Zone, showcasing a delightful array of chocolate desserts from around the world. Indulge in the exquisite Hot Valrhona Chocolate Mousse and savour velvety smoothness of freshly-whipped French Ganache, which come in dark chocolate orange, caramel milk chocolate, and milk chocolate with whiskey infusion.

The enchanting "Chocolate Library" presents an assortment of chocolates with different concentrations and origins, ensures there is something to satisfy every palate.

For the Mother's Day Dinner Buffet, guests can enjoy limited-time dishes such as nourishing Double-boiled Abalone and Sea Conch Soup with Cordyceps Flower, Mango Napoleon, and Strawberry Chiffon Cake. Additionally, on Mother's Day evening, all mothers will receive a special mini bouquet.
