NewShanghai_Chef_kon.jpgWith over 25 years of culinary mastery, Chef Kon coincides with the modern trend and presents “Hai Pai” delicacies in New Shanghai.  With his craftsmanship, he modified traditional Shanghainese cuisine to cater for diners’ health concerns, with less oil, sweetness and seasoning.  Chef Kon won gold award in “ Best of The Best Culinary Awards” for three consecutive years, which lead New Shanghai to become the only Shanghainese restaurant to win the gold award for three consecutive years.
