Mid-Autumn Festival is a joyous occasion that celebrates unity and reunion. The Atrium Chinese Restaurant presents two set menus starting from HK$3,600 from 2 to 29 September 2023. Seasonal Mushroom Specialties
The Atrium Chinese Restaurant rolls out nine stasty dishes that feature in-season mushrooms and fungi like the prized matsutake mushroom, morel mushroom, scarcodon aspratus, just to name a few. Available from July until September. Highlights include Double-boiled Fish Maw Soup with Black Goji Berry and Matsutake, Wok-fried Shrimp Paste Stuffed Morel Mushrooms with Salted Egg Yolk and Sauteed Ostrich Meat with Scarcodon Aspratus and Cordyceps Flowers.

Eight Treasures Winter Melon Seafood Soup Feast
The Atrium Chinese Restaurant welcomes Summer with a delightful Eight Treasures Winter Melon Seafood Soup Feast. Available from today onwards until 30 September 2023, the six course set menu headlines with the Double-boiled Eight Treasures Winter Melon Seafood Soup, followed by Crispy Fried Pigeon, and Crab Meat and Shrimp Fried Rice Wrapped with Lotus Leaf.
The meal ends on a sweet note with Baked Custard Pastry with Blaze Mushrooms, each comes with a complimentary bottle of Sparkling Yuzu Genmaicha from homegrown local brand Mindful Sparks.

The Atrium Chinese Restaurant launches Abalone Superior Set Menu - an eight-course set menu highlighting three abalone dishes like Braised Abalone with Sea Cucumber and Shrimp Roe, or add HK$250 to upgrade to Braised Abalone with Kanto Sea Cucumber and Shrimp Roe, Wok-fried Salt-Gingered Abalone and Abalone Fried Rice with Dried Shrimp and Egg Yolk, all prepared in meticulous details and traditional culinary methods.
