The Atrium Chinese Restaurant welcomes summer season with a Lobster Gourmet Delicacies menu from 2 July until 15 November 2024. The menu boasts a medley of eight exquisite dishes and two fascinating dim sums, all prepared in various traditional cooking styles.

One of Chef Kon's masterpieces is the Hot and Sour Lobster Soup with Pickled Vegetables, inspired by the ever-popular Sichuan cuisine. There are also the refreshing Lobster Salad and silky Steamed Egg with Stir-fried Lobster, Scallop and Caviar, that will pleasantly delight your palate with exquisite flavours.

Starting from 2 July 2024, The Atrium Chinese Restaurant launches Superior Lobster Set Menu - an eight-course set menu. Priced at HK$788 per person, this delectable eight-course menu includes three fresh lobster dishes namely Steamed Lobster Dumpling, Baked Half Lobster with Supreme Broth or Cheese Sauce, and Fried Rice with Lobster and Dried Shrimp Wrapped in Lotus Leaf, bringing a taste of freshness and sweetness to the early summer.
