From 12 February 2025 onwards, The Atrium Chinese Restaurant proudly presents A Flavourful Feast of Shunde Cuisine. Created by a team of seasoned chefs with over 30 years of experience, the a-la-carte menu features a careful selection of dishes using fresh ingredients and meticulous culinary techniques, embodying the “exquisite yet rooted” essence of Shunde cuisine. 

The menu showcases quintessential highlights such as Sautéed Egg White with Crab Meat and Milk in Shunde Style,  Pan-fried Stuffed Mud Carp with Black Bean Sauce, Steamed Chicken with Red Dates and Chinese Herbs and more. In addition, The Atrium Chinese Restaurant also introduces “Shunde Delicacies Special Combo” priced at just HK$628, which gives a perfect way to savor the essence of Shunde cuisine.

The Atrium Chinese Restaurant showcases a delectable Lobster Gourmet Delicacies menu with creativity and culinary finesse. The menu boasts a medley of eight exquisite dishes and two fascinating dim sums, all prepared in various traditional cooking styles.

One of Chef Kon's masterpieces is the Hot and Sour Lobster Soup with Pickled Vegetables, inspired by the ever-popular Sichuan cuisine. There are also the refreshing Lobster Salad and silky Steamed Egg with Stir-fried Lobster, Scallop and Caviar, that will pleasantly delight your palate with exquisite flavours.
