Created by a team of seasoned chefs with over 30 years of experience, the a-la-carte menu features a careful selection of dishes using fresh ingredients and meticulous culinary techniques, embodying the “exquisite yet rooted” essence of Shunde cuisine.
The menu showcases quintessential highlights such as Sautéed Egg White with Crab Meat and Milk in Shunde Style, Pan-fried Stuffed Mud Carp with Black Bean Sauce, Steamed Chicken with Red Dates and Chinese Herbs and more. In addition, The Atrium Chinese Restaurant also introduces “Shunde Delicacies Special Combo” priced at just HK$628, which gives a perfect way to savor the essence of Shunde cuisine.
