Join us from 1 February to 3 March 2026*, for three Spring and Reunion Menus selection, from HK$3,900 per table (for 6 persons) and HK$7,800 per table (for 12 persons), filled with traditional favourites, including Braised Whole Abalone (6 Heads) with Shiitake Mushroom in Supreme Oyster Sauce, Steamed Spotted Garoupa with Spring Onion and Ginger and Wok-fried Prawns with Salted Egg Yolk, all crafted to bring luck, abundance and peace. Enjoy 2-hour free-flow of soft drinks and chilled orange juice at an additional HK$88 per person.

In addition, an array of Chinese New Year Delicacies will be available à la carte from 6 to 22 February 2026, including Braised Bamboo Pith stuffed with Asparagus and Morel Mushroom in Pumpkin Sauce, Braised Dried Oyster and Pork Tongue with Lettuce and Steamed Tiger Garoupa with Egg White, to enhance your celebration with business partners, family and friends.

Chinese New Year Set Menu on Fireworks Night

On 18 February 2026, a delightful Chinese New Year fireworks dinner set menu is available at The Atrium Chinese Restaurant. Delight in a vibrant selection of dishes, including Pan-fried Scallop in Truffle Sauce, Deep-fried Tiger Prawn with Premium Soy Sauce, and a majestic Braised 6-head South African Abalone with Goose Web and Local Greens. Patrons will also be escorted to the Exclusive Viewing Zone at Golden Bauhinia Square to enjoy the fireworks display.
